About me.
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor offering Counselling to both Individuals and couples based in Gravesend DA12. I am a full member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I adhere to their ethical framework for good practice. As an Integrative counsellor I work with more than one theraputic approach and using different techniques from these approaches allows me to adapt my method to suit my clients different needs. At some point in our lives we may experience emotions and situations that are hard to make sense of. We may feel angry, alone, depressed, anxious and frustrated. Counselling is a talking therapy and I provide a safe, warm, non-judgemental and confidential environment in which my clients can talk freely and explore their problems and issues. I am genuine and open, placing great emphasis on the theraputic relationship as, this in my experience leads to the most successful outcomes. I am currently working in a GP practice and building up my private practice.
Below are just some of the issues I have had experience in working with:
• Anxiety
